I am a 6th generation Austinite and proud Texan. My background is in the technology industry, having held multiple leadership positions in sales, finance, marketing & cyber security. I currently serve on the partner advisory board for Critical Start which is a Global Cybersecurity company. I have dedicated significant time to learn the insurance business, and I’m licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health & can sell & service any of those policies in the state of Texas. I have been married to my wife, Tiffany, for 16 years and we have 3 daughters. I’m proud to own these agencies and look forward to meeting or speaking with everyone soon. We want our customers to feel like family and will do anything we can to help ensure your most valuable assets are protected.
In my free time, I coach my daughter’s softball and basketball teams & enjoy boating on Lake Travis.

After 23 years in the technology industry, my husband Joshua and I purchased two Allstate insurance agencies in Round Rock and Hutto, founding 7th Gen Insurance Group.
The majority of my career was spent at Dell Technologies, where I served as a Sales Director leading large domestic and global sales organizations with billion-dollar quotas. Beyond sales leadership, I gained broad experience across marketing, finance, public relations, customer support, operations, product development, and retail.
Transitioning into the insurance business has been an exciting new chapter. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring with the previous owners and, most importantly, retaining the wonderful staff our customers already know and trust.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three daughters. Originally from North Carolina, I’ve called Texas home for the past 20 years, where I met Joshua. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, boating on Lake Travis, and cheering on my daughters in their sports, church, and school activities.

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 11 years, and I truly love what I do. Protecting my customers and giving them the best service possible is at the heart of my work. Customer service has been a passion of mine since 1996 through my kids’ school, my church, and various roles over the years.
I started my insurance career in October 2015 as a Customer Service Representative, and later earned my Licensed Sales Producer designation so I could go the extra mile for my customers with more knowledge and support. My customers are what make this industry so worthwhile—they’re the reason I show up every day with a smile.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I love fishing, hunting, and enjoying my morning coffee at our cabin. I’ve been happily married for 28 years, and I’m blessed with 5 beautiful kiddos and 8 precious grandbabies and counting. Being a grandma is one of my greatest joys.

I have over 40 years of experience helping families, with financial products. I enjoy working with younger families, to working with retirees and people working towards retirement. My father drowned when I was 9, he did not have any life insurance. I did not intend on going into this business, but when I delivered my first death claim, and the surviving spouse did not have to leave the home and was able to raise children in the same neighborhood. I had made the correct career.
Grew up in California, moved to Texas, in 1983. Great move. You can find me spending time with my family, children, and four grandchildren. I love watching the grandkids play sports. I play golf.
I am in the Knights of Columbus and work as a volunteer at some of the Townsend Agency volunteering events.

I am passionate about customers and helping them with all of their needs and I'm bi-lingual in English and Spanish. I love attending church on Sundays and being able to worship and hear the weekly service. On Sundays I love to watch football games and eat pizza. I also love to spend time with my fiancé & family.
